This component provides a mechanism to automatically set task due dates.
Administrator configures due dates for all tasks in Admin Console!
- Configure due dates for any task in Admin Console without writing task listeners and redeploying workflow definition. You can configure due dates in Alfresco Share Admin Console in any time (but before the task in assigned).
- Due date is calculated in accordance with business calendar excluding weekends and national holidays.
If you say “2 days to execute this task” and user starts a task on Thursday then its due date will be on Tuesday (Friday + 2 non-working days + Monday).
- Users receive emails about tasks state every morning.
